When I started to rend my one and half room back on July 2011. Everthing looks OK at least for the first five monthes. I has a good habit to sleep between 10:00PM and 6:00AM everyday; I wake up without using any alarm clock. Then, starts on Febuary 2012, I got a neighbour moved in the upper floor. He (or she?) waked up everyday at 5:00AM using often a music alarm clock and started walking around and makes very loud noise until 6:30AM. I reported to landlord office. They said I should knock the door and negociate with my neighbour. I want to upper floor one morning at 5:15AM, hope I could found who it was. Believed it or not, it was so quiet in the corridor there, I could even not decide which door to knock! So far I want upper floor 4 times, not figure out which door to knock yet......
And that was just beginning. Started on August 2012, just around the balcony replacement operation (see detail in my September 3 blog text) . Another bad neighbour appears: I was waked up sometime by upper floor during middle of the night and then could not go back to sleep anymore -- new neighbour snoring so loud that both 4 coins of my room got recho for it! That was even worse now: I could not knock any door because at the side where it supposed to be the source of snoring is just a corridor! I have no choice but started move my bed to the middle of my room every evening, then push it back to the normal position next morning(the room is too small to keep my bed at the middle!), and repeat that move day by day.
Then, on Friday moring January 11 2013, event after moving my bed to the middle position as usual, I was still waken up by that snoring again, at 3:14AM! This time, I was forced to make a 180 degree turn of my bed. When I finally decided to get up at 7:07 (In fact, I did not sleep after 5:00AM as the upper floor waked me up already. But I still stay in bed to rest my eyes and thinking my plans.) , my iron framed bed was broken! (picture 1)
The worst part was: it was not broken at any of the two sides, but at the middle -- where should be its strongest fix point. That means I could not even fix it! (picture 2) When I bought this bed, I thought it will work at least for 5 years, it will, if I keep it at the same position in my room. But now, just after one and half year, it is broken forever. What do you want? I decided to sleep on the floor with a cushion. At least now, it is easier to turn it around in my little room, so I can save a part of my sleep from my bad neighbours! (picture 3)
How frightful to have a neighbour who snores!
